Volunteering with elephants in Thailand through WWV ...I’ve always admired these beautiful creatures from afar and dreamed of visiting Thailand so it seemed the perfect choice for me. Dressing up as a wind turbine at Glastonbury with Oxfam ...As a first time festival go-er I got special priviledges, such as a separate camp site, toilets, showers, and even 3 free meals thrown in too! I met a totally amazing group of people and we have all kept in touch.
Volunteering in Tubridge Wells gives me a feeling I've really helped ...I especially enjoy going to the home, as I feel part of one community. I do this with a friend, and I really enjoy going every week.
